At home Miss Kaelie loves to witness her daughters joyfully dancing, playing and singing along to the wonderful program that is Kindermusik and is excited to share this joy with other families.
Miss Kaelie’s program is enjoyable for the whole family. Parents and children a like are encouraged to explore their creative side as she engages them in a musical experience that provides learning, laughter and a bond between parent and child that will last a life time.
Miss Kaelie strives to inspire in her students (and teachers) the same passion and fulfillment she feels through the expression of music.
Holly used to be a very serious competitive swimmer, on track to compete in the olympic trails by the time she turned 16. However, she sustained a stress injury to her knee and ankle forcing her to withdraw from physical activities. Having newly found free time on her hands from not being able to do physical activities, She started branching out and finding news ways to fill her free time; Which is when she started bringing music into her life seriously.
She began focusing on classical voice training with a heavy emphasis in musical theatre, competing in music festivals, taking RCM exams, as well as singing with a competitive choir; Which gave her the opportunity to compete in a music festival in South Africa, taking home the grand prize representing Canada.
Music quickly became the biggest aspect in her life and she fell in love with the unique ways it let her express herself without having to use words. However, the perfectionist culture that came along with it was something that she struggled immensely with, always feeling like she was inferior to those around her, as well as never feeling like she was good enough for herself.
This is why Kindermusik’s program and outlook is so important to her.
It is her passion to share her love of music with children and help them discover all the amazing benefits that come along with it; Without the restrictions of feeling like they need to be perfect, or are inferior to their peers.

Mabyn grew up just outside London, England and studied literature and languages at the University of Oxford. She moved to Canada in 2012 after meeting her husband-to-be in Germany, where they were both teaching English as a second language.
She has spent most of her time in Canada working in marketing and communications roles in educational settings and she greatly enjoys the energy and interactions that come from working with students and teachers alike.
Growing up, Mabyn played the piano and flute and loved the sense of community she felt as part of her high school and university orchestras. She understands the wonderful benefits and joy that music and creative expression can bring.
Mabyn moved to Calgary from Winnipeg in December 2019 and is loving settling into a new city with her husband and two young children. She is very excited to be a part of the team at Kindermusik with Kaelie and is looking forward to connecting with the families and students as part of this journey!

I absolutely love Kindermusik by Kaelie. We started classes when our son was around 11 months old. I can’t say enough about how amazing these classes are. We knew from a young age that our son was musical, when we found Kindermusik we were beyond excited. Watching our son learn and grow every week we go to class makes my heart melt. He is more social now as well. I believe every child should take kindermusik with Kaelie classes.
Kindermusik by Kaelie is a wonderful program. Our family decided to try Kindermusik when our son was just 3 months old. We have enjoyed singing, dancing, playing instruments and so much more. It is an engaging experience that has allowed us to create so many memories and helped us learn about our little ones development through the connection of music and movement. We love Kindermusik and know you will too!
